Create your account, sign the storage agreement digitally, and pay your first month. Takes about five minutes. We'll hold your unit while you complete signup so no-one books it under you.
Choose a Friday or Saturday window for your move-in. Your manager will meet you at the unit, walk you through the facility and hand over access.
When you need to visit your unit, request access through your account at least 24 hours ahead.
Give 14 days notice through your account. Book a move-out window the same way you booked move-in. On move-out day your manager will be there to confirm the unit is empty and close out your agreement.

A facility with a manager onsite for every visit is harder to misuse than one with a keypad and an empty office. Your stuff is safer.
When you're there, you've got someone to ask. Trolley jammed? Need a hand? Found a problem? There's a human, not a number to call.
Skipping a full-time onsite team means we can charge less for the storage and only charge extra for the times you genuinely need help outside hours.
It also keeps the place clean, controlled and accountable — which matters more the longer you're with us.
Request a premium callout through your account. If a manager is available, we'll confirm and meet you onsite. The callout fee is $75 and covers up to one hour.
